For every Transformsat that is defective or comes for maintenance in our company

- The general framework of failure and maintenance is determined and an expertise report is prepared.
- Damaged and lost oil in the transformer is drained and replaced with  SHELL DIALA-AX transformer oil or used after treatment (purification of water, sediment, etc.).
- The active part is removed from the boiler.
- Coils are disassembled from the core.
- Burnt or broken bobbins are rewound in accordance with their original project.
- Coils and core  are subjected to drying process.
- The core and coil assembly is placed inside the tank.
- Pre-dried oil is filled under vacuum.
- Oxidized bushings are cleaned or a new one is installed.
- All gaskets are renewed.
- TSE  and  TEDAŞ all ölightingötests are performed.
- All controls are made and the transformer is ready for shipment by giving 1 (one) year warranty.

SITE MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Konya Transformer can maintain and repair both internal (indoor) and external (pole-mounted) transformers without removing them.

Treatment (Filtering) Transformer Oil

With the oil purification and vacuum system on the mobile service vehicle, the oil in the transformer can be treated (purification of water, sediment, etc.). During this process, the existing oil is heated in the oil dispersion machine and dried by spraying under vacuum. During the purification of the oil, it is purified from the residues in the oil by passing through special ceramic filters.

Bushing and Gasket Replacement

The transformer to be maintained is A.G. and O.G. bushings and gaskets are removed and new ones are installed. After this process, the transformer is placed under vacuum and the air spaces between the core and windings are filled with oil.

Cleaning and Paint

The outer surface of the damaged and serviceable transformer is purified from oil and dirt with special chemicals and subjected to air drying. The dried surface is painted in the thickness and color in accordance with TSE  and  TEDAŞ  specifications.
